
Day 1: Arrival in Costa
Rica
You will be met at the San Jose International
airport and transferred immediately to the Sueño
Azul Resort in the northern Caribbean lowlands.
The drive from the airport takes about two hours
passing through Braulio Carillo National Park.

Day 2: Whitewater Rafting / Sarapiqui River
The Sarapiqui River is one of the
most pristine rivers in Costa Rica. Thrill to
Class II & III whitewater rapids paddling 12-km
through a magnificent forest setting with an
array of tropical birds and other exotic
wildlife. The remainder of the day is free to
enjoy the amenities of the resort. Overnight

If you are not into white water rafting, you may
change to Rainforest Hike or Horseback Riding
Day 3: Horseback Riding / Hot Springs
After breakfast enjoy horseback ride through a
primary rain forest surrounding the resort.
Transfer to the EcoThermales Hot Springs Resort
at the base of Arenal Volcano. The resort is a
beautiful playground of pools and waterfalls
thermally heated by the volcano. Free time to
enjoy the hot springs and a sumptuous buffet
dinner at the resort. Overnight at

If you are not into horseback riding, you may
change to rainforest hike or river tubing
tour
Day 4: Mountain Biking / Lake Arenal
Ride on quiet country roads with magnificent
views along the way. In the afternoon enjoy the
hot spring located right on the hotel’s
property. Overnight Hotel Arenal Paraiso. (B)
If you are not into mountain biking, you may
change to Fortuna
Waterfall hike or horseback riding or canoeing
adventure
Day 5: ATV Rainforest
Safari
Transfer to the Jaco Beach area for a
challenging ATV adventure into the rainforest.
Climb up to incredible lookout points where one
can see the entire coastline. Continue to Manuel
Antonio, Overnight at
Hotel California. (B)
If you are not into ATV’s, you may change to
Hawaiian Outrigger Canoeing trip.
Day 6: Canopy / Adventure
Start this amazing day with a
Canopy adventure, swinging like Tarzan above the
dense, tropical ecosystem. Glide hundreds of
feet between treetop platforms, safely connected
to steel cables, and experience the view of the
canopy from above the rainforest floor.
Afternoon free to explore Manuel Antonio or
perhaps to do some shopping in the nearby town
of Quepos. Overnight at Hotel California. (BL)
If you are not into canopy, you may change to
estuary kayaking or beach horseback riding
Day 7: Beaches/ Island Kayaking
Free morning to relax and enjoy the beautiful
beaches of Manuel Antonio. Afternoon Damas
Island Kayaking or Manuel Antonio Costal Paddle.
If you would like to do another white water
rafting trip, you may change to White Water
Rafting on the Savagre or Naranjo River.

Day 8: Departure
Early morning transfer to the San Jose
International airport for your departure flight
out of Costa Rica (B)
