ONE - DAY TRIPS ZZ-RAFTH-01 Famous for its long, continuous rapids and spectacular mountain scenery, the Chilliwack offers exciting rafting from May through mid- July. This weekend spectacular boasts 80 kilometres of pure fun, floating the Thompson's most scenic stretches and paddling the famous white water of its lower canyons. These spectacular two-day adventures cover 80 km on the Thompson River from Ashcroft to Lytton. Trips depart every weekend from mid-July to mid-September taking full advantage of the hot summer weather of B.C's Interior.

From Ashcroft to our private camp on Fantasy Island the Thompson boasts beautiful desert scenery and many playful rapids for those who wish to try our inflatable kayaks.

Thompson River

On Fantasy Island you will be hosted to our fabulous gourmet BBQ (including special appetizers and fresh-baked desserts) and an entertaining evening around the campfire - a highlight of every trip. After breakfast the next morning, we head downriver to challenge the river's largest rapids including 'Devil's Kitchen, Cutting Board, The Jaws' and much more.

It's truly a weekend designed to awaken the senses - fantastic scenery, roaring waves, and tantalizing meals - all combined with the open air of British Columbia's great outdoors!

Extravaganza!

Throughout the summer, special dates are designated "EXTRAVAGANZA WEEKENDS" They're 'all frills & thrills' two-day getaways! At 6:00 a.m. we meet at the Home Depot in Vancouver where breakfast treats await. From there, our charter bus takes you to Ashcroft in complete comfort with pick-ups at the 200th street Park & Ride in Langley and the Sumas Border crossing.

After our first day of rafting, an amazing evening is in store. A delicious N.Y. steak and crab leg feast is followed by live entertainment and much more! All you have to do is hop on the bus Saturday morning and bounce off the bus Sunday evening. Note: Pack your personal gear into duffel bags (no suitcases please). Also, no glass bottles please! Cans and plastic are okay though!
