'Namaste, Yeehaw and Quetzalcoatl' - Letting Go in Mexico...

Yoga Retreat in Mexico
Once a month we organize special yoga weeks, where you may choose between yoga, riding and cultural tours to sacred places. In the mornings after breakfast there will be a 90 min. yoga class or a longer ride and in the afternoon shorter rides or a 60 min. "Power Yoga" class.

This Yoga Retreat is integrated in our famous horseback riding weeks. We have horses in great shape and well maintained to give you the greatest pleasures you can have in horse riding.
We also integrate horses in some of our yoga classes so you can strive to connect to another being through your inner force. Connected through energy.
The week includes: Yoga; meditation; horses; sacred places; extraordinary vistas; beautifully appointed living accommodations; deliciously prepared meals...
