Meeting: Pakiri Beach 2 PM.
Airport:   Auckland       Train station:   Warkworth or Wellsford Inter City bus station
Transfer: Take bus from Auckland to Warkworth or Wellsford. We arrange a transfer from there for you for $10 - each way. Or we can arrange a shuttle from Aukland (on request)    Distance: 11/2 hr driving

There are 2 choices
1 . by coach to Wellsford Intercity or Northliner and we will pick them up on arrival there..likewise we will return them to their coach in Wellsford for the return trip to Auckland or continuing North to Bay of Islands. We charge $20 each way per person for pickup at Wellsford.
2. By private shuttle bus right to our door. Ask for a quote.

Tack: English, some western and stock saddles
Horses: Crossbred, Appaloosa, Thoroughbred, Quarterhorse, Stock Horse and Clydesdale
Pace: Moderate with nice canters on the beach

Riders: Min 1 riders Max 10 riders
Riding helmets are mandatory for this ride.
English, some western and stock saddles.

Moderate with nice canters on the beach.

Approx. 2 hours of introductory riding on the first day.
The rest of the days will have approximately 5 - 6 hours of riding.

Riding Level Explained
ABeginner
Beginner A rider who has limited experience, is unable to post the trot and does not canter.
BNovice
Novice A rider who is capable of mounting and dismounting unassisted, capable of applying basic aids, comfortable and in control at the walk, moderate length posting trots, and short canters.
CIntermediate
Intermediate A rider who has a firm seat, is confident and in control at all paces (including posting trots, two point canters and gallops), but does not ride regularly.
D Strong Intermediate
Strong Intermediate An intermediate rider who is currently riding regularly and is comfortable in the saddle for at least 6 hours per day.
EAdvanced
All of the above, plus an independent seat, soft hands, and capable of handlinga spirited horse in open country.
Lodging: Standard
Lodging Level Explained
