Comments: The rides were too short for me and not the most challenging, but the wranglers were all very good and I did enjoy all the rideing anyways. I would recommend the ranch to anyone who had never been on a ranch holiday as there was loads to do at the ranch and the surrounding area!  I was looking for a resort ranch and it filled my expectations!

Everything ! The bed was soft and good. The room was nice with the equipment we needed.The patios outside the rooms where we could lick some sun and the total impression from the wranglers and the rest of the staff.Good food and good atmosphere.

Some more challenges instead of riding out maybe, included or optional.

We were 4 peoples and all of us where very satisfied. We have been travelled a lot around riding, both in Norway and other contries and Helene has even been in USA earlier. In spite of this, White Stallion is the best place we have been ever.

Enjoyed the most: Everything!! Great family atmosphere.  Everyone was very friendly and service was excellent.  The whole resort is very well run and the food, accommodations and horses were all excellent.

Bothered you: The Heat. This week was 102 degrees in the shade. But we were able to ride early in the morning or late afternoon/evening so there was plenty of riding time. And lots of time in between for resting by the pool..

Comments: Have been using Hidden Trails over the last 6 years.

Enjoyed the most
The accomodations including spa, sauna, swimming pool etc and the meals were very nice and tasty. All the people that work there and the wranglers where exceptional by their smiles and always at us to satisfy our needs.

Bothered you
The horses where not very comfortable (in french we said; tappe cul) but smart and secure. However because we where advanced intermediate, most of the rides where a bit boring, specially the slow rides. But the landscape was amazing with lots of cactus!

I will plan on 2 trips next year.

This was a gorgeous resort, but not for me.  I prefer smaller groups and a combo pack trip or working ranch.

Enjoyed the most:

The many horseback riding activities. I rode every day, signing up for all day rides (though I wish more than one all day ride had been offered during my stay), half-day rides, 2 hour fast rides, as well as 2 breakfast rides followed by a 2 hour fast ride.It was lovely being paired with the same horse (my horse-s name was Rustler) during my stay as we both were able to get to know each other. Rustler was ever so sweet and adventurous and, of course, he was the most handsome horse of all the 180 horses living on the ranch.

Nothing at all. I can only highly recommend the White Stallion Ranch.

The week I spent at the White Stallion Ranch was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed all the amenities, my cabin, the ranch, the setting within Saguaro National park, the daily horseback riding activities, the horses, the wranglers, as well as the other activities for which I signed up on Sunday, as the horses do not work on Sunday. 

Breakfast was a la carte, though dinner was served buffet styles as was lunch though I was mostly  on half-day or all day horseback riding outing so the lunches were picnic style. Ever so nice, was being able to relax in the swimming pool before dinner. 

Mingling with the guests was lovely, and I particularly enjoyed happy hour (served from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm every evening).

Extremely hard to say, since every quality that we care about for a riding vacation was first-class: horses, guides, accommodations, meals, and other guests. If we had to choose one thing it would be the focus on customer service: the guides asked if we enjoyed ourselves, the housekeeping staff asked if there was anything we needed, the food servers made sure we liked what we ordered, and the busboys asked if we enjoyed our meals.
