Enjoyed the most

My son enjoyed everything: not only riding a horse, but the other activities like shooting rifles & shotguns, archery, roping, swimming, playing volleyball, and playing pool. I enjoyed trail riding the most. The meals were wonderful and the staff made us feel like part of the family.

Don't remember. Maybe I picked up a catalog at a horse expo.

Well organized ranch.

Bothered you

Too many carbohydrates (corn, potatoes, bread), not enough greens and fruit at meals.

I don't mind being a reference or getting specials, but would prefer it be very infrequent (once a month at the most, bearing in mind that I won't take a riding holiday for a few years as have many other trips planned over next 2 years).

Enjoyed?
The wranglers were absolutely fabulous and made our rides the best possible. Food and company were also terrific!

Bothered?
Beds were a little hard, did not sleep well - everything else made up for it though.

The easy way the owners/staff interacted with the guests. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Bothered:
I can't say anything bothered me, except with fewer folks there we did ride with more novice riders which keep us at a slower pace that perhaps I would have liked. Still it was pleasant.

Other Comments:
I was very happy with this trip. It was different than other trips I have taken, but certainly right up there as one of the best. The only other thing I would say is that going at a different time of the year would give you more varied activities, however, as I was there primarily for the riding it wasn't a problem.

It was an amazing vacation... I have no regrets. The Beckley's were great hosts & loved British Columbia!

Enjoyed the most: Spending time with my daughter in such a beautiful place, doing what we enjoy doing best.

Bothered you: Nothing!

Comments: Lovely location lived up to my expectations and more, horses are well looked after and are reliable. everyone very friendly and welcoming. Definately recommend the location to anyone thinking of a riding holiday, all abilities catered for, and i liked being able to ride twice a day, there is the option to do something different if you chose to.

Enjoyed the most: Saw some wild black bears which was really special. The day ride is a must for the view you get at the top of the look out - amazing! Enjoyed the river rafting too. Spending some quality time with my daughter sharing somthing we both enjoy.

Bothered you: Nothing.

Comments: Thanks for a lovely holiday experince. Lived up to my expectations completely. Lovely location and varied riding trials. Suit all abililty riders, well organised ranch. Horses were sure footed and very responsive, staff know the surrounding area well.

Enjoyed the most: Beautiful scenery!

Bothered you: Evenings were slow. If we had known in advance that we were going to be the only 2 guests, we would have rented a car at the airport upon arrival so we could have driven in to town at night, up to Banff, etc.

Enjoyed the most: Riding among wonderful scenery; the food was also very good.

Bothered you: Not much to do after dark.

Comments: All in all, we had a wonderful time!
