Enjoyed the most: I loved the fact that Mallory had the time of her life, and wants her whole family to go back.. she even wants to go to college in Oregon..all staff could not have been nicer or more fun..

Bothered you: I can't think of a thing !!

Comments: I loved meeting all the other guests, the views, the food was out of sight!..Hoses are not my thing, but my grandaughter loves to ride, so that is why i picked you..this was just what i was looking for..All Hidden Trails people that I spoke with were so helpful and very nice to deal with..thank you!

Enjoyed the most: Being in Montana with the horses. Fantastic experience

Bothered you: Nothing

Comments: Had a great time and have now bought a horse!

Enjoyed the most: The scenery.

Bothered you: Can't really say there was anything bad.

Comments: Had a good time on all three rides I booked through your catalogue!

Enjoyed the most: The setting was very lovely and the trail rides were different every day. After the second day of riding I was assigned another horse that was much more suited to my riding and that helped the riding enjoyment. The weather in June was outstanding.

Bothered you: There was a lot of time going to local rodeos (2) and watching roping practice.

Enjoyed the most: Seeing Montana for the first time and the hosts and other guests.

Bothered you: Nothing

Enjoyed the most: I enjoyed my stay with the people we had met and spending time in Montana. The camp fire after a good day of riding was a real treat for me.

Bothered you: Nothing!

Comments: This was one of the best vacations I have ever been on and I can't wait until I go again!

Enjoyed the most: Off ranch trip to the Pryor Mountain Wild Horse Preserve.

Bothered you: Miscommunication about arrival time.

Enjoyed the most: The long day rides!

Bothered you: Not much really. I would have preferred a little more instruction on western riding techniques at the beginning and we never got the opportunity to work with the cows before going out on the range.

Comments: It was a great trip. The ranch people were very friendly, the horses were very good and the other guests were really good fun. We couldn't have asked for much more!!

Enjoyed the most: Having to adapt to the different types of horses and facing up to the new day's challenge of either herding cattle, rocky/uneven terrain etc...

Bothered you: There were a few times of lack of instruction from the hosts when they went out on a ride and there were tasks left with us to be done and we didn't know how.

Comments: It was great fun, and the week we went fortunately included other guests of a similar riding standard so the rides were very good!

Enjoyed the most: The different activities that were offered.

Bothered you: My tired body!

Enjoyed the most: The atmosphere with a great team in term of wranglers.. always ready to help you out..

Bothered by: Too many people so it was not easy to organize something every morning and every afternoon..

Comments: Very good experience but perhaps too many people at the same time

Enjoyed the most
The overall experience of preparing the horses, riding the horses and the landscape.

Bothered you
Nothing, it was most enjoyable

Branding, tagging & moving cattle.  I had a real cowboy experience this trip.

Not a thing.  Well, maybe the rain the last part of the week.

Comments:
I've been to Lonseome Spur twice now & both times the horses, wranglers, food, & other guests were great.  Everyone is friendly & very helpful. I'd like to go back this fall, but I may have to wait until next Spring.

Enjoyed the most
The rides and the fact that they trusted me with the horse and let me gallop and so.

Bothered you
Nothing worth bothering about. It was fun.

Comments
It was a great first trip to the States! I loved it.

The weather was not good, but they took us to a pig race, Cody and a bar. So we did not get bored. There were more than ten people, more than I expected.

PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY, TRIED TO MAKE BEST OF BAD WEATHER BY KEEPING US BUSY. ALWAYS AT HAND FOR ANY INFO PROBLEMS ETC.

Enjoyed the most

The cattle drive.

The owner chose to enthusiastically work to provide my 11 year old granddaughter, Lucy, with very special care and opportunities. She signed us up to ride in the Red Lodge, MT 4th of July parade and for Lucy to learn the basics of barrel racing.

Enjoyed the most:

I very much enjoyed the three horses I rode (Wrangler, a Quarterhorse, Little Bit, a Chestnut, and Happy Appy, an Appaloosa. They were patient, kind and adventurous. The saddles were comfortable and our guides (the owners) helpful and knowledgeable. The half-day and all day outings we went on were wonderful featuring spectacular scenery. Also enjoyable was the mixture of riding and sightseeing. On my first full day, We rode in the morning and then were driven to Cody, Wyoming for a reenactment in front of the Irma hotel, followed by dinner and the rodeo. On my 5th full day we visited the Custer National forest followed by the Wild Mustang Preserve in the Pryor Mountains: we were lucky and saw several mustangs which was wonderful. On my last full day, we went on a morning ride and then in the afternoon were driven to see the Little Big Horn battle reenactment which was nice and very informative. We also were given a tour of the actual battlefield.

Bothered you:

I did not like my accommodation at all but adjusted to the room as I did not want to spoil my horseback riding vacation. The room was small with two single beds. The ranch is a working ranch and not a guest ranch (and I supposed that I should have more fully researched the difference). Not available were a cocktail lounge, comfortable guest sitting area and swimming pool. I supposed that having started my horseback riding adventures at White Stallion Ranch in Tucson, Arizona, had me expecting similar accommodations and I was disappointed. However, all in all I very much enjoyed the horses, the rides and the sightseeing
