During the cooler days, breakfast is served in the historic part of the farmhouse, under the fascinating star vaults of Lecce stone. In the hottest periods of spring and summer, breakfast is usually served in the adjacent garden to enjoy the sparkling and regenerating morning air and the vivid colors of the surrounding countryside.
Whether you prefer continental, American or typical Italian, the buffet always offers a rich choice of flavors and strictly local and seasonal products, but also fragrant desserts prepared with care and creativity.
For lovers of savory breakfast, a rich selection of local meats and cheeses awaits. You can not miss the hot ricotta just made by the skilled hands of our trusted shepherd, or the first salt, mozzarella fior di latte, scamorza, caciocavallo; all accompanied by fragrant durum wheat bread, focaccia or traditional "friselle".
For dinner, the menu varies daily, always offering a varied choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.

Seasons
Apulia has a typically Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters. Rainfall is rare and scarce, except for showers in winter.
With an average 300 days of sunshine per year, Puglia truly has a wonderful climate for outdoor adventure enthusiasts and lover's of the coast. There is always a pleasant breeze, even in the hottest months of the year and the humidity is normally quite minimal as you will find it is a dry heat. Since there are no real mountains in Puglia, the temperature is fairly constant from the coast to inland.
