Rates include:

Accommodations in restored farmhouse below the castle, all meals, welcome drink and guided tour of the castle, one room cleaning, half day wine tasting, half day entrance to Spa, 2 50-min massages at castle, Italian/ English speaking guide, 4 riding days (1 full day of 4-5 hours and 3 half days of 2 hours)
For beginners: 10 hours riding divided in lessons/easy treks
