Introduction
Southern Spain Spain
Join this weeklong journey across the southernmost territory of Spain and Europe, from mountains to sea.

The Campo de Gibraltar is a region that sits at the border between two continents: Europe & Africa. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.

During this tour, you will hike through two different natural parks:
- Los Alcornocales National Park (also nicknamed the last European Forest) houses the best preserved and continuous mass of European cork trees.
- The Strait of Gibraltar National Park is home to hundreds of millions of birds during their migratory trips between Europe and Africa.

Day 4: Land of Phoenicians
This coastal territory was populated by the Phoenicians, and the Romans took advantage of the settlement to install several factories of sea products. They also established a small colony that slowly grew into a rather important one back in the second century BC. We’ll hike from Punta Paloma through a pine forest along the Atlantic coast, enjoying splendid views of the African continent.
