Santa Cruz island is the most important of the inhabited islands of Galapagos archipelago. Puerto Ayora is the largest town, 15.000 people live and work here mostly in the tourism industry.
Built in 1995, this lodge has a unique architecture design which blends with mangrove forest and seafront, its location allows you to observe the mangrove ecosystem in action as well as the best view of Puerto Ayora's bay. The lodge owners are committed to develop and eco-friendly operation, therefore the lodge is going through a process of certification for sustainable management. 14 guest rooms divided in 2 areas, seaside, or inside the mangrove, all equipped with a/c, cable tv, private bathroom and hot water.
Sea side restaurant with choice of Japanese or Galapagos fusion cuisine offers you the best choice in town.

Day 1: Arrival - A day to Discover
A member of our staff will welcome you at the ferry dock and whisk you
to our Aventura Lodge for check in. Discover Puerto Ayora in your own,
walk, bike, go shopping or simply relax and enjoy the views from our own
deck with the company of Iguanas and Sea lions.
Enjoy lunch "a la carte" in the waterfront Red Mangrove Restaurant, well
recognized by the quality and exquisite flavors of our menu.
After lunch and in the privacy of your own room, enjoy a Swedish massage
that uses specifically formulated blends of essential oils to sooth
mind, body and spirit.
For dinner we will take you out to a local restaurant, where you will be
able to capture the essence of Puerto Ayora at night. This is a perfect
opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture of the islands.

Day 2: Taking it all in
After a delightful breakfast overlooking Academy Bay you will enjoy a
day at Chi Spa spoiling yourself with your choice of the following:
Miconia: Turkish Bath and Sauna, Seaweed, Sea Mud, or Cacao/Soya Wrap, 30 Minute Massage or
Scalesia: Turkish Bath and Sauna, Body Exfoliation, 1 Hour Massage, Classic Facial

This ocean-front lodge is positioned in the best location in Puerto Ayora. The terracotta-colored, soft adobe walls seem to rise organically from the mangrove forest—whimsical and rustic elegance in a privileged location in Puerto Ayora. Aventura Lodge is truly a treat to the senses. The property has a total of 14 guest accommodations with private bath.
