Due to COVID-19 Corona virus pandemic and certain travel restrictions we are applying some temporary policy changes to some of our tours.

For Masai Mara Ride - Aloe Blossom (IT-KYRT01):

Policy valid until December 31st 2021:
- Confirmed bookings will be reviewed continuously prior to the safari to determine whether it is indeed possible and safe to travel. If not, then the safari will be postponed.
- In case of a postponement due to a Covid-19 Government restriction, within 30 days of the safari, we will retain the payment which will be used to credit a future trip, less any costs already incurred in preparation of the postponed safari.
- In the event of a cancellation or no-show within 15 days, we will retain the full payment.
- Third-party accommodation (lodges etc) and logistics (air charters etc) are subject to their own policies and we will advise on these on a case-by-case basis.
- Comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance are imperative.

As we venture forth, we would like to assure our guests of our commitment to caring for them and our team. With the support of the Ministry of Tourism & Wildlife, Health, Transport and the WHO, we have developed the following protocols to ensure that your safari is safe.

*All international passengers will have their temperatures tested, and if not above 37.5°C (99.5°F), then they shall be exempt from quarantine.
*Our guests will be greeted and transferred to their hotel via our private airport taxi service. These vehicles will meet the required standards of sanitisation, high-touch areas disinfected and the driver will be wearing a mask.
*Guests will be required to wear a mask while in all public places, including the flight out into the bush.

*Guest’s temperatures will be taken on arrival and each day thereon after.
*Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the camp.
*Each guest tent and all communal guest areas will be thoroughly cleaned every day.
*All meals will allow for social distancing.
*Each guest will be requested to bring their own masks (washable rather than disposable).

*Our staff will have their temperatures monitored daily and have been trained in Covid-19 safety prevention measures.
*Masks will be worn when in close proximity to guests.
*Meals are prepared by certified food handlers according to Kenyan law.
*The kitchen follows strict hygiene and service protocols.
