Note:

Due to COVID-19 Corona virus pandemic and certain travel restrictions we are applying some temporary policy changes to some of our tours.

For South Chilcotin Getaway (RTBC05-3):

Given the rapidly changing circumstances and updates, our approach is to ask people to not make a final decision at this point in time regarding their planned trip with us this summer whenever possible. We will reconnect with you closer to 30 days prior to their trip date and reassess.

Should your booking need to be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) border closures, government initiated shutdowns due to a pandemic or wildfire, weather or smoke which is deemed by us to be a safety issue, we may offer you a 100% credit to reschedule for another date.

We are currently transitioning from our Covid – 19 safety plan to maintaining an overall healthy environment for our staff and clients.
Our operation will continue to promote communicable disease prevention by ongoing measures, maintained at all times:
- Implementing policies to support staff who have symptoms of a communicable disease (for example, fever and/or chills, recent onset of coughing, diarrhea), so they can avoid being at the workplace when sick. We also ask clients to stay home if they are not feeling well.
- Promoting hand hygiene by providing hand hygiene facilities with appropriate supplies and reminding employees through policies and signage to wash their hands regularly and to use appropriate hygiene practices
- Maintaining a clean environment through routine cleaning processes
- Ensuring building ventilation is properly maintained and functioning as designed
- Supporting employees in receiving vaccinations for vaccine-preventable conditions to the extent that we are able.

We are also prepared to implement additional prevention measures as required by a medical health officer or the provincial health officer to deal with communicable diseases, should those be necessary.
Thank you for your patients as we proceed through this transition period.
