For Black Forest Castle Ride (PG-SIA1):

If your booking is affected by the coronavirus pandemic, it is possible to postpone your trip to a later date.

We will re-evaluate the situation for each ride, 1 month before the scheduled departure.

We have implemented a few protocols for our mutual safety:

  • In Public spaces: Please sanitize your hands after entering. We have increased the frequency of sanitizing all handles, handrails, public toilets
  • Reception: Reception staff works with disposable gloves. Only one person at a time can be at the reception desk. There are hand sanitizers by the reception desk. Please use them before filling out the registration card. Please use your own pens or our disposable pens.
  • Rooms: In addition to general cleaning, all surfaces are disinfected with special care and attention. After each check-out, the room is properly ozonated, which is why you can only check-in after 3pm.
  • Restaurant: All tables are sanitized after each guest. Waiters work with gloves and masks. Our trained chefs work using disposable gloves and protective masks.
