Seasons
Apulia has a typically Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters. Rainfall is rare and scarce, except for showers in winter.
With an average 300 days of sunshine per year, Puglia truly has a wonderful climate for outdoor adventure enthusiasts and lover's of the coast. There is always a pleasant breeze, even in the hottest months of the year and the humidity is normally quite minimal as you will find it is a dry heat. Since there are no real mountains in Puglia, the temperature is fairly constant from the coast to inland.
