Rajasthan India

This program is suitable for riders (and their non-riding companions) who enjoy photography. Yvonne Koall, a professional photographer who has done a lot of travelling in India, will accompany you on this trip. Yvonne will be able to give tips and tricks to any hobby photographer whether they use a camera or take photos with their phone.
Yvonne will be with you during the sightseeing and riding portions of this tour so, it is also a good opportunity for single women who want to travel through Rajasthan but don’t have anyone going with them.

Start your trip by visiting Agra (home of the Taj Mahal) and Jaipur for a 3-days sightseeing program of the Golden Triangle to discover some of the most famous sights of India!

This is followed by a short riding safari over the Malwa plain - a paradise for riders with its softer, level ground and wild savannah, perfectly suited for long trots, canters and gallops. It is a region of great fertility and rich soils thus the plain is dotted with villages, fields and farmsteads.
This is a part of Rajasthan undisturbed by tourism, thus unspoiled and still rather traditional in outlook and appearance. There are no big touristic sights but rather many undiscovered jewels to be visited. On this riding safari, the riders will also discover the Sita-Mata Wildlife Sanctuary one of the last virgin forests of Rajasthan and home of many different animals from flying squirrels to leopards.

The last two days will be the Holi Festival which you will celebrate with us. Attend the traditional ceremony in the City Palace of Udaipur with a chance of meeting and greeting the Maharana of Udaipur and the next day, take part in the Holi celebration on our farm and visiting some Indian families so that you can experience how Indian people celebrate their favorite spring festival.
