Wadi Rum Bedouin Adventure
Jordan
Jordan
You follow the paths of the Bedouins and experience the diversity of the undoubtedly most beautiful desert in the world: the Wadi Rum.
Constantly changing rock formations, sand and sandstone deserts in alternating, bright colors make this ride in Jordan a unique experience. The trails lead through impressive canyons and into the Disi Mountains. There is no plan, no map: here you rely on the millennia-old trade routes of the caravans. The evenings end comfortably around the campfire while the stars twinkle above you. Culinary you will be spoiled with falafel, humus and many other specialties.
Another highlight on your trip is bathing in the Red Sea and the Dead Sea, pure relaxation in the saltyest water in the world. You can also spend a whole day visiting Petra, the pink rock city of the Nabataeans and a UNESCO World Heritage Site!

Seasons
Jordan is blessed with a Mediterranean climate for pleasurable year-round travel. Amman is sunny and cloudless from May to early November, with average temperatures around 23° C (73 F). Rain falls in many areas across the country on higher ground between October and March.
Summer (June to August)
Amman and most areas around the country are not excessively hot, chiefly due to the moderating influence of altitude. Although days in summer can be hot, nights are often rather chilly. The Jordan Valley, the Red Sea Coast and the Eastern Desert can be extremely hot in summer however.
Autumn (September to November)
This time of year usually sees mild temperatures and pleasant weather.
Winter (December to February)
The Jordan Valley and the Red Sea Coast is warm during winter while most of the country can get quite chilly at times. The Eastern Desert can get bitterly cold and dry.
Spring (March to May)
Springtime brings optimal weather and landscape is generally lush with greenery due to the wintery rains.
Note: Jordan is an Islamic country, so in order to suit local behavior, one should keep shoulders and knees covered.
All luggage is transported for you by vehicle.
